Properties that are rented under 180 days are considered short-term rentals and may be subject to a 13.25% transit accommodation tax and a 4.712% general excise tax.    If you are interested in any of these properties please contact us.     We also have several long term rentals, so please send me an email if you are looking for something 6 months or longer. 

 We do not rent to people for events or large gatherings. We want to keep the neighborhoods peaceful for everyone.  

Minimum 30 consecutive day rental required. Online bookings are subject to manager or owner approval. City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30 consecutive day rental agreement, all leases will be written for 30 days.
